Through Christian-based coaching and development, we strive to transform patterns of immature and unaccountable decision-making into choices that reflect confidence, wisdom, and accountability.
Our ultimate goal is to spark a ripple effect of lasting, positive change—where each woman’s spiritual and personal growth touches not only her life but also the lives of her children and grandchildren. We also envision these women stepping into marriage as strong, faith-filled partners, bringing value and purpose to their husbands and restoring pride and leadership within their communities. By empowering women, we aim to restore God’s design for family and community, ensuring that these changes echo for generations to come.

Graduation from our Junior Program signifies mastery of these key elements, and we believe that many will receive an invitation to join phase two—The D818 Dynasty.
This dynasty is a legacy of women chosen and established by God to build wealth, power, and influence in the world, serving solely for the advancement of His Kingdom for generations to come.
